Some of my photos are now on display at "The Southern Arizona Guide," a website that helps people find hidden treasures in that part of the Sonoran Desert. There's a slideshow of scenics and another one of Arizona birds. (You can see more of my Arizona images on my own website.)
The desert has long held an unexplainable attraction for me. That's part of the reason that we do volunteer work most winters at Sonoita Creek State Natural Area, near the town of Patagonia. As I sit here in the mushy snow that is February in Montana, I'm dreaming of the lupines and poppies that were just starting to bloom when I left Arizona last week.
